Q: I don’t want someone I don’t know coming to my house. Where can we meet?

A: We are happy to meet you in a public place such as a Starbucks or even a hotel lobby. We just need space to work. Let us know your preferences.

Q: My iPhone screen is broken. How long will the repair take?  

A: Screen repair sometimes just takes 15 minutes. It depends on the extent of the damage. All repairs are done the same day. Ask for details.  

Q: My device is somewhat outdated – the iPhone 3GS. Can you fix it?  

A: Yes. We keep quality parts in stock for practically all phone and tablet models.
